On the GUI and the output of 'show proc cpu' on switch, Kernel CPU usage shows high usage (90-100%), but average CPU usage is not high and CPU usage is normal.
Customer is running 15.2 version of ACI.
It is a cosmetic bug. Output of 'top' command shows the right usage.
