Symptom
Small amount of packets are forwarded with all zero mac address during the delay between ingress FEC write and egress link layer rewrite which happens in two API calls at hardware level between ingress and egress NPUs.
Conditions
These drops are observed when ingress FEC rewrite is complete but the egress label EEDB is still being linked to LL entry in hardware.
