Symptom
No WLAN configuration is seen on AP. This can be verified at the AP with the following commands:
#show controllers dot11Radio 1 wlan
VAP-ID SSID Bridging-Type
<<< Empty SSIDs list
#sh capwap client detailrcb
SLOT 0 Config
<<< No configuration for Radio Slot
SLOT 1 Config
<<< No configuration for Radio Slot
Hyperlocation Admin State : Enabled\
Conditions
1. Issue is seen in all APs that are associated to a particular WNCD instance.
(or)
2. Shut & unshut the wlans
Workaround
Move the affected APs to a different WNCD instance by changing its site tag.
Doing wlan shut and unshut would resolve the issue
Further Problem Description
To verify APs associated to a specific WNCD instance, the following WLC command can be used:
#show wireless loadbalance ap affinity wncd
To verify WNCD instance for a particular AP:
#show wireless loadbalance ap affinity mac
To verify site tag to WNCD instance mapping:
#show wireless loadbalance tag affinity wncd
