Script is needed to update the IdenTrust Commercial Root CA 1. Manually updating the certificate might lead different issues and multiple SRs will be open. We can request the customers to just run the script for the Smart License manager to work.
IdenTrust Commercial Root CA 1 is updated from 5th Feb 2022 onwards.
Manually download the certificate of IdenTrust Commercial Root CA 1 from https://www.identrust.com/identrust-commercial-root-ca-1 and update it in call_home_ca file. Post that restart the sla process.
