When using IPDT and a voice vlan, traffic inbound on the port does not get forwarded.
Access Vlan - works (gets DHCP) Voice Vlan - works Access Vlan + IPDT - works Voice Vlan + IPDT - does NOT work
Do not use voice vlan config
