Symptom

Observed Kernel panic log during "admin reload rack 0" on NCS560

Conditions

With fully loaded IM topo with traffic could see the issue when trigger is reload

Workaround

Its a Day-1 issue. There is no functional impact expect Kernel panic seen when whole router is going down. After router comes up there will be no issue.

Further Problem Description

With fully loaded IM topo with traffic could see the issue with following triggers, reload rack 0, hw-module all reload and sdr default-sdr location all reload. Because of laser of Rx channels (and also Tx) not being cleanly shut in interface while reload, the incoming traffic is still arriving to knet while kernel is going down is resulting in the kernel panic. This Kernel Panic will not cause any functionality impact in node bringing up post reload.
