Symptom

On FMC deployment transcript, you can see that deployment fails due to internal errors. Doing a pigtail deploy, you can see the following error message just before the deployment fails: Failed to get version upgrade information for device: Key: NGFW_UPGRADE is missing in map file.,com.cisco.nm.vms.provision.provmgr.PlatformBladeJob

Conditions

Issue may be seen after upgrading or while doing an RMA for a cluster member and adding said member while it has a Major version lower than the current Cluster's major version.
