Memory fragmentation would be observed in "IPSEC Key" process when a router is acting as a VPN hub.
This happens when an IOS-XE device is acting as IPSEC VPN Hub, day on day, we will observe memory fragmentation which will eventually lead to memory depletion.
Proactively monitor router memory usage day on day basis and reload prior to the utilization reaches approximately 80 percent.
