The problem goes away by itself usually. It's possible a warmer ambient temperature will eliminate the alarm as well.
The alerts are not specific to any particular device and the exact trigger is not well understood. However the low speed alarm threshold is set to an incorrectly high value and that will be corrected by this bug fix.
