Executing "show tech" and "show run" The issue is specific to 3850 in stack.

Issue is very specific to stack switches. Suspecting high number of interfaces is causing the spikes. This temporary spike is causing SNMP timeout. The issue also happens during DNAC resync as that too involves executing show tech.
