Release-note
During IOS XR System Upgrade using single shot upgrade with auto commit option, the system boots up with the V1 image as the committed version instead of the V2 image.
Single shot image upgrade with commit option (auto commit). Example: install replace scp://root@/// commit noprompt
Once system completes the boot-up process, verify if auto-commit has failed (i.e., the active software version is V2 and the committed software version is V1). If this condition is met, proceed with a manual "install commit" operation to commit the currently active V2 image as the committed image before adding any other optional packages or SMUs. If system crashes during upgrade then it will come up with V1 as committed/active version then we need to perform single shot upgrade again.
In case the system reboots without completing the install commit workaround, the system will reboot with V1 as active software version and the upgrade process will need to be performed again.
