ASA failover with reason service card failure
Standby Ready Failed Detect service card failure
From SFR TS in process_stderr.log we notice a timeout for app health response from the process manager
cardmanager[3975]: In cmgrAppHealthCallback, XSA getting App Health
cardmanager[3975]: CMGR PRV: In cmgr_evaluate_app_health Error Error operation timed out getting CriticalStatus from PM.

ASA + SFR with monitored service card
e.g
ASA FirePOWER, 6.6.0.1-7, Up, (Monitored)
Workaround
Disable monitoring for SFR service card to avoid the ASA failovers
