Modem crash keeps on occuring on daily basis affecting the end user connectivity. Device has a dual LTE setup and primary cellular crashes also the SD-WAN router goes into a hung state. Also there was a router crash on the 10th Dec which triggred a reload of the router
Previous Firmware Version = SWI9X30C_02.30.03.00 Recently upgraded the firmware version. Modem Firmware Version = SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00 IOS Release version 16.12.4. Trigger is unknown Customer has verified with their ISP and no issues on ISP end

As we don't observe the physical interface going down during the modem crash state changes - 1 also there is no surge in the RSSI which could result to an issue.
