Symptom
On a Nexus 7000 series switch if you create the vlan interface before you create the layer-2 vlan then no ip redirects is not added automatically to the vlan interface when it is a vPC vlan and peer-gateway is enabled. No ip redirects is a required configuration on a vPC vlan and peer-gateway is enabled.
Workaround
add no ip redirects manually
