The port channel members are in a suspended state and the "show int e x/y" command shows that the interface operst is down. Initially have a port channel with LLFC/PFC enabled on it and the port is in the up state with LLFC/PFC operst as up. Upon changing some configuration on the port channel, if the members of the port channel go into the suspended state, this issue may be seen.
There is no functional issue. Because the port is in suspended state, no traffic will flow out of it. After the port moves from the suspended to oper up state, LLFC/PFC on those ports will still be up and everything will be programmed.
