SL registration fails with "Fail to parse response data from SCH server".
When the CSSM URL is configured without removing the previous URL with "no" command. This is usually seen with Smart Licensing.
If URL to register with CSSM server(tools.cisco.com) is replaced with any other URL with the same index number, it advised to delete the older URL with "no" command.
