[Symptoms] Box is in 731 release with 4 FPDs for the BO LC. Now downgrade it to 721 due to some reason. When device boots up with 721, BO card will move to OPERATIONAL, but FPDs will be stuck in NOT READY.
[Condition] Downgrade box from 731 to 721.When device boots up with 721, BO card will move to OPERATIONAL, but FPDs will be stuck in NOT READY.
Workarounds: a. Need to this mandatory downgrade SMU. b. We have to manually change the LC image of BO card.
