Authentication Status REST API returns partial data for the call below: API Call: https://192.168.16.202/admin/API/mnt/AuthStatus/MACAddress/00:50:56:A8:AA:6D/604800/100/All This call is expected to return 100 records from the last 7 days (604800 seconds) for the specified MAC address, however, it returns partial data only (usually related to the last two days).
- REST API calls are being used to retrieve authentication status reports for a specific MAC address. - The authentications records are available in the device database. This can be checked under Operations > Reports > Endpoints and Users > RADIUS Authentication.
No workaround is available.
Logging ers in trace level does not generate any erroreneous logs when running the API call.
