A Cisco Nexus switch may experience a memory leak in the nginix process while polling the device via NXAPI.
The memory used by nginix may increase over time while using the NXAPI as seen from the `show processes memory` command.
1. Disable and then enable nxapi feature to restore the memory. N9K#(config)# no feature nxapi N9K#(config)# feature nxapi 2. Reload the box.
