IOS upgrade to 157-3.M5 or any other version where "CSCvi10123" is committed. FAC on CME.
IOS downgrade where "CSCvi10123" is not committed.
This bug is because of bad code fix CSCvi10123 + CSCvk03388(related to CSCvi10123). A fix for overlapping FAC and NightService code was given for SIP phones on the BE4K product. A similar fix was implemented for SCCP phones as well, which broke the basic FAC feature.
