The "last reload reason" (in show version) may be "Last reload reason: Critical process hman fault on rp_0_0 (rc=139)", there may be another process named, or it may be "Power Failure or Unknown". These syslogs will print immediately before the crash: %PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN: R0/0: The process [process] has been helddown (rc 139) %PMAN-0-PROCFAILCRIT: R0/0: pvp: A critical process [process] has failed (rc 139) %PMAN-3-RELOAD_SYSTEM: R0/0: pvp: Reloading: Peer switch is not standby ready. System will be reloaded The process named in these syslogs may be hman, sessmgrd, or linux_iosd_image, or possibly others. The "rc" will always be 139
