The time period before the issue reoccurs gets reduced after each reload. The management interface GigabitEthernet0 is not affected by this issue. If running recent software (see the "Further Problem Description" section below, the unit logs the following messages: %CMRP-3-WANPLL_SETUP: R0/0: cmand: Failed to setup the Clocking chip of the RP WAN PLL because MCLK APLL is not locked to the ref clock signal. mcfail_sticky_status (PLL2LSR(addr:0x39:bit:7)) is SET. Crashing the system!! The issue might be observed on C9800-40, C9800-80, ASR1001-X, ASR-1001-HX, ASR1002-X, ASR1002-HX, ASR1000 with RP3.
