When customer did shutdown the neighbor port of Hu0/8/0/0 (A9K-2x100GE-TR) on ASR9922, not only Hu0/8/0/0 was down as "Detected Rx Loss of Signal" but also the Hu0/8/0/1 was down as "Detected Signal failure". Customer has recovered through reload of the linecard.
The issue happens very rarely, couldnt be seen on CALO too.
The interface flaps and recovers. Can configure a carrier down delay of 300 ms to avoid the flap.
