Symptom
ASA/FTD device may experience 256 byte block depletion leading to traffic disruption/outage.

Conditions
> Platforms running either ASA or FTD
> Device configuration with any BVI interface without any member interfaces assigned
Workaround
Remove BVI from configuration or attach/associate any interface(s) to it.
After adjusting configuration, a reload of the device may be necessary to recover 256 byte blocks.
