After reboot, interface(s) are not learning MAC addresses and no traffic is forwarded. Ports are in "connected" state, STP also shows forwarding state (it happens with L2 Access Ports). There are no traces in the log. When moving the devices to other ports, everything works as it should. Issue is observed for the first time, there are no PoE devices connected to those interfaces.

Under 'show controller' section we can observe that under those interfaces(9-16) there are a lot of damaged frames: Transmit GigabitEthernet1/0/9 Receive [...] 0 Late collision frames 9062 SymbolErr frames 0 Excess Defer frames 8193 Collision fragments 0 Good (1 coll) frames 98275 ValidUnderSize frames
