Symptom

ASAv might drop all packets (incoming and outgoing) with asp drop reason as interface-down even though the state of the interface in "show interface" is up.

Conditions

ASAv in failover configuration with SR-IOV interfaces.

Workaround

Reload the ASAv VM.
