IOS\IOS XE device reloads when the event manager policies are applied to it, the issue happens due to bad remqueue -Removal of the element from the queue- which is causing issues when the queue is touched again either for registering/de-registering of policies and hence leads the routers to reload. This issue was arising due to OS scheduling of current EEM deregister process between two major locks and when it comes back to the second lock later the *info* gathered in the first lock is turned out to be invalid in the rare case where the previous element of the queue wrt to the current element is what was the element removed from the TCL policy queue and hence "Bad remqueue" is seen in the OS remqueue code.
Applying event manager policy to the router.
Removing the TCL scripts stops the problem.
