Choppy Audio when when call is being made from Wireless Vocera Badge to desktop phone.
WLC running 8.5.151.5 Call is being made from Vocera badge to desktop. WLC's distribution ports are in a non-LAG topology.
Reconfigure the WLC to use LAG. If that's not feasible, then downgrade the WLC to downgrade the WLC to 8.5.135.0 or 8.0.152.0. Second workaround: This issue is caused because duplicate packets are received by wlc. Check network configuration and restrict duplicate packets.
We see one packet coming in from AP in CAPWAP and controller duplicates it when forwarding to the DS.
