Server 1G port is connected to N2K with GLC-T on the FEX. When reload the N2232, and before the nxos takes control the FEX, the server NIC comes up, and 5s later, it goes down. During that 5s, traffic loss is seen since server is trying to send traffic to this port.
1/ N2K-C2232PP-10GE with GLC-T 2/ Only happens when reload the FEX, not happens when cable unplug/plug.

Not see the issue on N2K-C2348UPQ-10GE with GLC-T. Not see the issue on N2K-C2248TP-E-1GE when both sides use RJ45.
