Switch does not relay DHCP packets.
Nexus 92160YC-X switch's TCAM carvings for ing-l2-span-filter, ing-l3-span-filter and span are emptied and there is no more free space to assign TCAM the switch does not relay DHCP packets. Reserve TCAM size for one of the three regions or set aside some free size of TCAM with the global configuration command: hardware access-list tcam region
this behavior was seen only on Nexus 92160YC-X and was tested on the following versions: nxos.9.2.3.bin nxos.7.0.3.I7.6.bin nxos.7.0.3.I7.5a.bin nxos.7.0.3.I7.3.bin nxos.7.0.3.I3.1.bin
