Symptom

There is an unexpected reload on a N9K-X9736PQ line card due to the "diagnostic failure => [Failures < MAX] : powercycle 63" error.

Conditions

This issue occurs if you see the event "Received MTS_OPC_EXPL_MOD_INFO from libcrdcfg9452 with info sysmgr disappeared and failed to register" in the module internal activity before reloading the line card.

Workaround

None. Upgrade to a release with the fix to prevent further reloads.
