Power on device , and connect the Stack Adapter ,and then insert the stack cable .
Connect the Stack Adapter before booting the device.
This is a Enhancement for support Stack Adapter OIR. At this moment we recommended to connect the Stack Adapter before booting the device. If Adapter is connected after the device boot up then it will not be recognized and it will not get authenticated. It would also not list under "show inventory" output.
