Symptom
1- FMC is not accissble
AND
2- RabbitMQ process is in "DOWN" or "Started" state
AND
3-MessageSevice, Tomcat, VmsBackendServer, CSMEventServer, and tid are all "DOWN"
Conditions
Even reboot of FMC did not help and Symptoms stayed "EXACTLY" same
