After ASR9K reload some opflex configuration is missing and opflex sessions are down. Opflex configuration has to be reapplied to bring sessions UP. This is only seen if 'tcp path-mtu-discovery' is present in a configuration of ASR9K.
ASR9K with 6.3.3 Opflex is being used
- to bring the sessions UP, opflex config has to be reapplied - if there is no 'tcp path-mtu-discovery' configured on ASR9K then the issue is not seen
