Symptom
Two issues identified with Cisco-IOS-XE-acl YANG model:
1. When performing a "get-config" for an IPv4 ACL, the ACL remarks are not included in the XML response from the router.
2. When performing an "edit-config", the resulting CLI output attempts to add an ACL sequence number to the remark (e.g. " remark "), which results in an invalid command because sequence numbers are not supported for IPv4 ACL remarks.
