As per Cisco Wireless LAN Compliance tool, the regulatory domain for AIR-AP1852 is "-I". However, WLC code only shows -E as supported. Since 2.4GHz is ETSI compliant, it will still join the WLC and radio 0 will be up but radio 1 will not be operational with the following message: Attributes for Slot 1 Regulatory Domain check for this slot has Failed. This slot will not be operational
WLC with country code BH for Bahrain and 1852AP with -I regulatory domain
adding another country code with the same regulatory domain of the AP (which should be supported in Bahrain as well) can potentially help.
