Symptom
When there is PSU inserted into Cat3850/Cat3650/Cat9300 switch that does not have power cable connected to a power source the incorrect PSU information is shown in the show environment power all output
Conditions
Cat3850/Cat3650/Cat9300 switch
PSU inserted into the switch
Power cable not connected to power source
Workaround
connect the PSU to a working power source if the PSU needs to be installed in the switch
remove the PSU from the switch if it is not needed
