1. Disable all media inactivity timers (RTP-RTCP) ! conf t no gateway no ip rtcp report interval ! 2. Increase the timers to be longer than the fax. i.e 8 hours. ! ip rtcp report interval 60000 ! gateway media-inactivity-criteria all timer receive-rtcp 480 timer receive-rtp 28800 !
