Symptom
A switch may be reported as unreachable via SNMP and may report errors similar to the following:
%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entSensorScale.2078 (5967 msecs)
%SNMP-3-RESPONSE_DELAYED: processing GetNext of entSensorPrecision.2084 (6012 msecs)
This bug applies only to "entSensor" OIDs (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.91.1.1.1.1)
Conditions
Switch has at least one SFP installed
This bug only applies to cat3k and cat9300's.

Workaround
snmp-server view TAC iso included
snmp-server view TAC 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.91.1.1.1.1 excluded
snmp-server community xxx view TAC RO
snmp-server community xxx view TAC RW
Further Problem Description
When upgrading its also recommended to go to a release which incorporates the fix for CSCvu95137, which is similar in nature to this defect.
CSCvu95137 is fixed starting in 16.6.9, 16.12.5, 17.3.2, and later releases.
