Timestamps are 0 in Cisco Tetration Analytics exports from -EX switches in the ACI mode.

Timestamps and TCP flags are used in Tetration version 2.2 to determine consumer/provider labels. If there are no TCP flags (SYN, SYN/ACK) because the packets are UDP or ICMP, the timestamp is used to determine which host is the consumer and initiated the flow.
