Conditions

ISR 4300/4400 utilizing Analog Voice NIM cards

Workaround

A reload must be performed to make the service-engine UP UP as you cannot perform a "no shut" on a service engine interface via CLI. OIR Reload of the module may also recover the service-engine. ! hw-module subslot 0/1 reload !
