BGP peer is shutdown due to AS-PATH limit being hit. Some logs that are associated with this problem BGP-3-ASLEN: bgp-65000 [16695] AS-PATH prepend length exceeds internal limit BGP-2-PEERSHALTED: bgp-65000 [16695] BGP 10.0.0.1 shutdown due to no memory condition (Per-NLRI route-map actions) BGP-2-UNKNOWNFATAL: bgp-650000 [16695] Unknown fatal error 100: Per-NLRI route-map actions BGP-5-ADJCHANGE: bgp-65000 [16695] (default) neighbor 10.0.0.1 Down - out of resource error

Conditions

This is seen when the ASN of prefixes being received are prepended many times
