'system routing template-vxlan-scale' is a requirement for BGP-EVPN VXLAN in 7.0(3)I4(x) and 7.0(3)I5(1) but the configuration guide does not mention this. In 7.0(3)I5(2) this command is no longer applicable as it is implicitly enabled when 'feature nve overlay' is configured. This documentation bug has been filed to update the configuration guide.
