Release-note
Tunnel-Te is going down on configuring BFD Multiplier Configuration
In 631.26I image, before executing the job, I changed the config from ipv4 unnumbered Loopback 0 to ipv4 unnumbered Loopback 1 and could see the all tunnel-te are coming up fine, but previously in 631.17i image with loopback 0 also it was coming up.
Ensure that loopback used in "ipv4 unnumbered loopback x" in tunnel-te config exists on the device.
This is primarily a config issue where user applies a non-existent loopback id in tunnel-te config, causing the BFD session over tunnel not to come up. This happens because BFD uses LSP Ping infra to bootstrap the session and LSP ping fails if the interface doesn't have a working IP address (applied via 'ipv4 unnumbered loopback x' config for TE tunnels.
