Description

Symptom

1. Psuedowire originating on SIP-700 LC hash calculation is wrong. This can lead to 2 different issues. a). All xconnect traffic (irrespective of whether there is xconnect or more) may get forwarded on same ECMP link. b). Packets belonging to same flow may take different core ECMP links. This can result in packet forwarded out of sequence.

Conditions

1. Xconnect should originate on SIP-700 LC. 2. The interface between PE->P should be either Typhoon 100Gig LC or more than 1 ECMP links.

Workaround

1. No ECMP links or 100gig typhoon port between PE -> P

Further Problem Description

Only applicable to non-Ether psuedowires.
