EVPN IMcast database may become corrupted on BGP Router-ID change.

Conditions

BGP Router-ID change is changed (configuration change) After R6.2.1, [evpn source interface Loopback] can also change the Router-ID in use, and lead to similar corruption.

Workaround

Set BGP Router-ID once at initial configuration time, and avoid changing it. If BGP Router-ID is changed, consider process restart l2vpn_mgr to force a re-population of the database from fresh.
