OSPFv3 adjacencies fail to establish with neighbours that are sending router LSAs larger than the interface MTU, hence resulting in fragmented IPv6 packets.
LSA larger than outgoing interface MTU This is not seen where the device transmitting the large LSA is an ASR9k and the receiver is a CRS-3. Seems to affect: ASR9k -> ASR9k CRS -> ASR9k CRS -> CRS
Increase interface MTU > largest LSA
This fix resolves the issue for CRS1,3.
