Sup2 and Sup2E fail to boot up after certain specific IOFPGA EPLD upgrade scenario. Scenarios listed in "Conditions" section.
EPLD upgrade of IOFPGA from version 1.013 to higher version using NXOS version lower than 6.2.10. EPLD downgrade of IOFPGA from version 1.013 to 1.012 using NXOS version lower than 6.2.10
Perform this EPLD upgrade or downgrade only with NXOS 6.2.10 or higher.
PMFPGA upgrade or downgrade not affected. The EPLD version can be verified with the command "show version module slot_number epld".
