Symptom

Link debounce configuration passes to the port channel interface when the physical interfaces suffer a flap ( i.e shut on remote end) When the line its configured on the port-channel will cause a ISSU/SSO mcl misconfiguration in case there is standby reload . interface Port-channel3 switchport switchport mode trunk link debounce time 1000 <<<<<< Invalid configuration storm-control broadcast level 80.00 storm-control action trap end

Conditions

This happens under the following conditions: -> Physical interfaces need to be configured with "link debounce time 1000" -> Port-channel its configured in mode active or on -> Physical links experience a flap .

Workaround

1) remove link debounce and channel-group configuration from physical link configuration . 2) Issue " no interface port-channel " 3) Reconfigure physical interface and port-channel without link debounce
