restart netio process on Active and Standby RSP
The issue seems to be with the netio process on the RPs, not being able to select a BVI service card (from the available line cards in the router). The initial suspect is that netio is not receiving notifications from the shelf-manager that the line cards have booted up and are functional. The problem did not reproduce during local repro attempts. Following information shall be helpful to find out why this is happening: 1. show adjacency bvi-fia location 2. show adjacency bvi-fia location 3. run lrd_show_ltrace -F lrd/sntf TP1 4. show logging 5. admin show tech-support shelfmgr 6. show shelfmgr trace 7. show shelfmgr driver trace 8. dumpcore running netio location 9. dumpcore running netio location
